Employee Assistance Program

The USD 204 Employee Assistance Program (EAP), offered through BHS (Behavioral Health Solutions), offers a vital array of resources to support employees in navigating personal and professional challenges. This program provides confidential counseling services with trained professionals to assist with issues ranging from stress management and work-life balance to substance abuse and mental health concerns. As an employee, you are eligible to receive up to 5 counseling sessions through the EAP at no cost. BHS also offers legal and financial consultations, child and elder care resources, convenience services, and more.

The EAP is available to ALL staff in USD 204 and their household members, enrollment in the district benefits program is not required.

If you'll be using the tool to communicate with students, here are some resources to help get them set up. Just like staff accounts, student accounts are established through Google SSO using district email.

Parents/guardians access Rooms through the USD 204 app or a desktop/laptop device using the link https://id.edurooms.com.

Parent/guardian access can only be granted to those listed in the student's Skyward account. There is an option for teachers to send home guardian invites for those who have not yet set up their accounts. You can find those instructions HERE.
